Patricia has been a leading force in Manhattan real estate for the past four decades.
Patricia subsequently brought her deep understanding of the marketing and advertising side of real estate and her unparalleled understanding of the co-op and condo process, acquired as an attorney, to develop a major career in retail sales of cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses and investment properties. Her background enabled her to rise quickly to the short list of the top agents at Douglas Elliman, then the largest real estate brokerage company in Manhattan. In 2000, Patricia, attracted to the superior cutting edge technology of the Corcoran Group, joined Barbara Corcoran’s firm where she continued her successful career heading up a number of very successful sales teams, a number of whose members have gone on to successful real estate careers of their own.
Throughout her extremely successful sales career, Patricia also found the time to serve on various housing related NYC Bar Association Committees and to teach courses at New York University’s Real Estate Institute. She continues to be a sought after public speaker. Patricia also played leadership roles in non-profits dealing with homelessness and mental illness.
In 2013, she published a well-received book, The Art of Selling Real Estate, which continues to be used in training classes for new agents. It has been listed amongst the ten top books on the list of real estate tutorial books.
Patricia continues to pursue excellence in real estate sales, working virtually in collaboration with several highly qualified, top Corcoran brokers who are specialists in the areas of Manhattan where her clients seek to acquire properties. Her mantra continues to be Warren Buffet’s advice: “Take good care of your customers and your business will take care of itself.”
